DELIVERY TERMS

1. Delivery terms apply only to items available in stock.

2. For orders of out-of-stock items or items ordered on request, the delivery time is up to 10 business days.

3. All orders placed through Online Parts BG are delivered via courier to the address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with a company representative.

4. When finalizing the order, the customer can choose a delivery address. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, items will be shipped after payment confirmation.

5. Payment can be made via:

   • Cash on delivery through the courier service

   • Bank transfer
     A company consultant will contact you to confirm the most convenient payment method and delivery details.

6. Orders placed or confirmed by a consultant after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, unless the consultant confirms same-day shipment.

7. Delivery charges are calculated after applying all discounts and are payable for each sale.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTED PRICES

1. Promotional items are not eligible for additional discounts.

2. Promotions are valid until the specified expiration date or until stocks run out.

3. Online Parts BG reserves the right to run individual promotions at retail locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

1. Online Parts BG is not responsible for:

   • Stock shortages

   • Delays due to waiting for new stock or production batches

   • Delays from suppliers or manufacturers

2. If the requested item cannot be provided or the order fulfillment is delayed, the customer will be informed via phone or email and, where possible, alternative items will be offered.

3. Items ordered from abroad cannot be returned. Items can only be declined after confirmation with the supplier. Customers should place orders only if they are sure about the catalog number or its equivalent.

4. For bulky items, if not previously specified by the supplier, Online Parts BG reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs on top of the stated price.
